## About me

I’m originally from Cleveland, Ohio and both of my parents worked in healthcare. My father was a paramedic and my mother was a lab technician and their careers really influenced me to go into nursing.

My first role was in geriatric psychiatry where I fell in love with caring for people a generation older than me. I’ve been told I have an old soul and enjoy taking the time to sit and listen to the past experiences of my patients.

I used to play college football so outside of work I stay very active with various sports and exercise. I’m also a dad to three young boys who keep me happy and on my toes.

## What their patients are saying:

- “Edward was very good, asked all the right questions, and seemed caring. The fact that Pine Park Health will visit me in my room is extremely convenient.”
- “Previous injuries and fractures have involved a painful wheelchair ride to urgent care for a painful X-ray. This time was different. Edward saw me on Tuesday, ordered a medication refill, and by the next day, I received an X-ray in my home, on my sofa. I had almost no pain. Then, Edward sent me the results, an explanation of the X-ray, and a referral to the orthopedic department at Stanford. What a difference! Edward has been on top of all my medical issues.”
- "The on-site care is so great, communication is well done, and Ed is wonderful with my Mom."
